Why this program exists

Give young people a disciplined training environment paired with consistent adult mentorship, so the habits built at the heavy bag carry into school, home, and community life.

Fundamentals and conditioning sessions
Pad work and technique coaching
One-to-one mentor check-ins
Goal setting and progress reviews
Homework and study blocks
